Eating about one serving of meat daily puts ethnic Chinese adults at increased likelihood of diabetes, a research here finds, echoing research that\’s got mainly been conducted on Westerners so far.

The study, which tracked 45,411 people from 1999 to 2010, found an average daily eating of merely one palm-sized serving of meat increased danger by 23 per-cent for beef and 15 per-cent for poultry respectively.
